Re:generation
Discipleship
Re:generation is a place for the broken. Everyone sins and everyone suffers. Your struggle is real and you are not alone. Through a Biblical 12-step discipleship process, re:generation recovery walks you through the pain, hurt, sin and brokenness in your life - so you can begin to experience hope, peace, joy, and a life of purpose.
Do you want to be well?
What to Expect
No matter what you’re coming in with: anxiety, eating disorders, depression, pornography, pride, sexual abuse, guilt, anger, codependency, same sex attraction, shame, abortion, adultery, or whatever else - God can restore it all. Just come on Tuesday night and see how God can set you free.
Our Re:Gen gatherings have community time, musical worship, teaching, and groups. These meetings, paired with your daily workbooks and a mentor to call, help you experience freedom. Building community and spending time daily reading and praying - Re:generation helps focus our attention on the one who can heal and restore, Jesus.
Community
The gathering is a safe place for you to admit your brokenness, be accepted, and find authentic community.
Spiritual Formation
A big part of lasting change is making good habits. The Re:gen workbooks get you talking with God through prayer and scripture reading on a daily basis.
Mentorship
You need someone to call when you're struggling. Part of RE:gen is being paired with a mentor who can walk with you on the journey as a listening ear and a source of wisdom.

Re:generation meets every Tuesday night at 6:30 at Resurrection Church Tacoma and has a large group, small group format. When you arrive on Tuesday night, you will head into the Mayflower (Student) Room, find an open seat and listen to a testimony or teaching. After the large group time, everyone will break into their small groups. If you would like to continue in the process, you will begin Groundwork, which includes light daily curriculum to prepare you for a Step Group where you will begin the 12 steps.
It only takes a few minutes every day. While working through your Groundwork Book you should set aside about 15 minutes every day, and your Closed Group Step Books take around 30 minutes each day. From start to finish, plan on the entire process to take about 10-12 months. That may sound like a long time, but most of us have been hurting for much longer than that, and God will use these months to give you hope and peace and set the rest of your life, and eternity, on a whole new trajectory - if you’ll let Him.
Attending a group on Tuesday night is free. The only expense you’ll have is buying the books. The first book you’ll need to start the process is ‘Groundwork’ - and the cost is $20. Once you get into a Step Group, you will purchase your Step Books every couple of months for $20 each for a total of $120 throughout the course of your Closed Group. But don’t worry about that now, just show up Tuesday and get started. We never want cost to prevent you from pursuing freedom in Christ, so if finances are an issue, please email us at regeneration@esurrectionchurch.com, and we will discuss options available for you.
