Counter Culture

How do you live in the world but not of the world? How do you live as a citizen of God's kingdom surrounded by a kingdom of darkness? We're going to answer these questions and more through the book of Daniel. Daniel is living in a Babylonian kingdom with a Babylonian culture. He is a citizen of God’s kingdom but living as an exile. Jesus says as believers “we are in the world but not of the world”. We shouldn't abandon the world and remove ourselves. Rather, we are to live in the world but live differently than the world as a light in the darkness. We are to be counter cultural. Daniel shows us how to do just that. By the end of this series we hope and pray that you will be equipped to live Counter Culturally.
